Anglo Sorocaba
Clients since 2010, their main project was structuring the Call Center/Customer Relationship. The initial objectives in hiring Vórtice focused on organizing internal processes, serving parents and students, and attracting new students. Initially, the following projects were estimated: Capture, Customer Service Center (SAC), Evasion Control.
The objectives were met and it was soon possible to organize and centralize all information from parents and students, achieving the prediction/reversal of dropouts, control of all capture opportunities and centralization of all service communication in the CRM. A true success story for Educational CRM.
Itaeté Máquinas
We joined Itaeté with the Customer relationship project proposed by the manufacturer John Deere itself, in 2008, but the proportions of the project have changed over the years, and today Vortico CRM is a fundamental engine in the dealership's internal processes. Highlights of achievements include: control of all stages of the sale through the application, facilitating the insertion of negotiations by CENs (Strategic Business Consultants) through an offline mobile application and the construction and automation of workflows for back office support in all stages of administration, finance and product delivery.
With the implementation of the project, Itaete was able to visualize, measure and improve all stages of its commercial process, with conversion indicators, including purchase forecasts for planning between the dealership and the factory.
JA Animal Health
A customer since 2019, JA approached us to implement the commercial project to work with control of all stages of the sale through the application, promoting ease in entering negotiations by sellers through an offline mobile application.
JA currently works well with conversion indicators, in addition to the possibility of monitoring farms, monitoring data on sell in, sell out, herd and responsible veterinarians.
Primo Rossi Consortium
At Primo Rossi, we started with the commercial project, covering prospecting for the sale of quotas, carried out through the NAC (Customer Service Center).
Upon awakening interest in negotiation, NAC activates the sales team to negotiate and control opportunities.
It's been 4 years of operation and many achievements are yet to come!
Savegnago Supermarkets
Santa Cruz Medicine Distributor
A customer since 2012, the Savegnago group has already used Vórtice's CRM in several areas of the companies. Currently, the current project deals with the Request and Approval of the Savegnago Card.
In this project, we implemented the management of the entire card request workflow, integrating facial biometrics, customer credit analysis, and card account data curation with solutions. Furthermore, we deliver a complete automated flow to monitor the approval and delivery of the card to the customer. Even the card's plastic printing was developed by Vortice.
With the development of this project, the entire customer service workflow is controlled by Vortico CRM. Furthermore, the entire backoffice area uses the solution internally and externally, monitoring compliance with deadlines (SLAs), through indicators and the solution itself.
There are more than 1,000 users benefiting from CRM and process organization in almost 10 years of project.
